At Feast & Fetch, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of food and perishable items, returns are limited; however, we offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions as outlined below.


No Returns on Food Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of food items once they are delivered, unless the order is incorrect, damaged, or not delivered as described.


Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

  • You received the wrong order

  • Items are missing from your order

  • The food arrived damaged, spilled, or unsafe to consume

  • Your order was not delivered

  • Your order was significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You provided an incorrect delivery address

  • You were unavailable to receive the order

  • You changed your mind after the food was prepared

  • The issue is reported too late after delivery

  • Dissatisfaction is based on personal taste preferences


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • For digital wallet payments, timelines depend on the wallet provider


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before restaurant preparation begins

  • Once preparation has started, cancellation is not guaranteed

  • Eligible cancelled orders will be refunded within 5–7 business days


Promotional & Discount Orders

  • Promotional or discounted orders may be eligible only for partial refunds

  • Delivery fees and service charges are generally non-refundable


Fraud Prevention

Feast & Fetch reserves the right to:

  • Refuse refunds for suspected misuse or repeated claims

  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity
